2. Description of Service

Cavoss is an AI-powered content creation platform that generates social media posts, carousels, reels, and related content from user prompts.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Cavoss

4. Free and Pro Plans

Free Plan:

• Limited generations per day

• Cavoss watermark on exports

• Access to core tools

Pro Plan ($29/month):

• Unlimited generations

• No watermark

• Brand kit

• Priority generation

• All features included

Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time via your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Cavoss to create illegal, harmful, or misleading content

• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform

• Use automated tools to abuse the generation system

• Resell or redistribute Cavoss outputs as your own AI product

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you generate using Cavoss. By using our service you grant us a limited licence to process your prompts to deliver the service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Cavoss uses AI to generate content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness for purpose of generated content. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.

8. Payment Terms

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing to Pro you authorise recurring monthly charges. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@cavoss.com for refund requests.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

Cavoss is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Cavoss after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
